(ASI), this body is committed to developing student leaders and strives to create positive contributions both on and off campus. Students interested in becoming involved are encouraged to file a candidate packet through the ASI elections website by the Feb. 23 deadline.

The ASI Recruitment and Elections Committee would greatly appreciate your assistance in passing this information to all students, staff, and faculty within your college.

For more information on becoming a Board of Directors member or ASI president, visit the ASI elections website.

Students may also attend the ASI Board of Directors’ Open House and meeting on Feb. 21 at 4:30 p.m. in UU 220.

Positions Available:

ASI Board of Directors

The ASI Board of Directors is comprised of student representatives from each college and serves as the official voice of Cal Poly students. The board meets weekly for workshops and bi-weekly for board meetings.

ASI President

The ASI president acts as the official representative of the student body and ASI to University administration and the general public. The time commitment for the ASI president is in excess of 40 hours per week and starts the last day of spring quarter. The ASI president is expected to be available during summer quarter to fulfill the responsibilities of meeting attendance, in-office work, retreats, and other affiliated job functions.

File now to be a part of Student Government, and if elected, have the opportunity to brighten our campus and create a better Cal Poly for current and future generations of students.

Thank you and best of luck!
